This is a training program based on hypertrophy with the goal of achieving muscle growth while promoting fat loss and boosting your metabolism.

The program is intended to be used alongside proper exercise selection (compound and isolation exercises), including higher intensity training and sufficient cardiovascular work.
With the nutrition, training, supplementation, and cardio in place, my goal for you is that you can expect to see a dramatic drop in body fat over the 8 weeks that this program covers.

By following this program, you will be able to maintain a caloric deficit without even realising and you will be able to steadily and continually lose body fat while minimising muscle loss.

  • Your training program is based on proper exercise selection, periodisation and methodology.
  • Your training program is split into 3 resistance training (workout) days, allowing proper rest between “working out” days.
  • Your training program is based on progressive overload, aiming to increase the weight at each exercise a little bit (2%-5%) every week or increase the volume of the sets or reps, hence the increase of the overall work.
  • Your training Program includes low intensity steady state (LISS) cardiovascular work, to promote fat loss and minimise muscle loss.
  • Food List with appropriate Protein, Carbohydrates and Fat sources, alongside macro breakdown that is based on your bodyweight throughout the weeks.
